avast! 4 Small Business Server Edition Pricelist
avast! 4 SBS Edition is licensed "per client" not "per server" in the same way as Microsoft license the underlying operating system. The minimum license is same as Microsoft SBS - 5 clients. But beyond this minimum, you need only purchase the number of clients you need (i.e. there is no 10, 15, 20 or 25 pack requirement.)
Please check the version of System on your Server before your purchase - Right click on "My Computer", select "Properties" and read "System:". It should be:
- "Microsoft Windows Server 2000 for Small Business Server..." or
- "Microsoft Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server ..."
avast! 4 SBS Edition doesn't contain protection of the client's PCs. To protect users workstations, you can download, try 60 days for free and then purchase avast! 4 Professional Edition. As long as you need purchase complete protection for MS Windows 2000/20003 for Small Bussiness Server and MS Windows 9x, 2000, XP workstations please use avast! Small Bussines Suite.
