Renewals

The "Renew licenses" option at the bottom of the calculator page is for customers who have previously purchased our products via element 5.

Important note: the renewal option is available only to users who have previously purchased the product, and whose subscription:

• is about to expire; or
• has expired in the last 30 days.

The renewal option is NOT for users who have been using our products in Demo/Trial mode. These users are kindly asked to purchase the full version.

If you qualify for renewal (see above), you can renew your license(s) with a 30% discount. This 30% discount is also applicable to any other additional avast! products purchased at the time of renewal.

Approximately 1 month before your current license expires, you will receive an email containing a discount code. This code should be entered during the purchase checkout process.

Other notes:

1. This renewal option is NOT available for customers who have purchased avast! products from a Distributor/Reseller. Please contact your Distributor/Reseller directly to renew your license.
2. Only one discount may be applied to each purchase; and this discount may not be combined with any other offer.
